Q. Do I need to register to get my FREE account

A. Yes. We'd like to make sure that we can contact you in case you need any assistance with getting set up so we ask, as a minimum for your name, email address (MUST be active) and preferably a contact telephone number. All of the other information contained in our registration form is optional but it would be helpful to us if you'd kindly complete all questions.

Q.How long will my FREE account last?

A. If you're happy to limit yourself to no more than 10Mb storage and/or have no intention of sharing your reports with anyone then the answer is .. FOREVER!

All paid for accounts also have a FREE startup process however so for the first 30 days you'll be able to try it out secure in the knowledge that it isn't costing you a cent!

Q. I only need to share my reports with one other person but I need more than 10Mb of space, what should I buy?

A. You're an ideal candidate for the Solo account - this is designed to provide you with up to 100Mb of storage space and allows you to share your reports with one other person (who will also need to register with easyBIreports to access your reports)

Q.I'd like to make my reports accessible to others but on a selective basis. Is this possible?

A. Yes, the Workgroup account provides you with up to 250Mb of space and allows you to control access to each and every report with up to 5 other users concurrently. As you can assign users to groups it is possible to separate say your friends from your boss thus ensuring he only gets to see the work reports rather than all the stuff you've generated about your interests!

Q.Can I extend the system easily?

A. Yes, it is very straightforward to add either extra storage space (in 250Mb chunks) or extra sharers (in groups of 5) at any time.

Q.What does this all cost?

A.Accounts are based upon the level you choose and are provided in a choice of 3 currencies, Sterling, Swiss Francs or Euro so all you have to do is pick the level you'd like to start at, select the currency you wish to pay in and head over to our payment page to get started immediately
